At Pistashu, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for different colors or styles if the item is in stock.
Exchange requests should be made within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, used items or customized/engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless the item was defective or incorrect).
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
